Science-Led Clinical Cleaning & Environmental Decontamination

Clinical Cleaning. Enhanced Decontamination. Documented Assurance.

Your clinical environment needs more than a standard cleaning schedule. You need confidence that the right people, processes and environmental hygiene controls are in place for the risks and workflows of each space, and for the patients who move through it, with clear evidence that the agreed work has been completed.

A more controlled approach brings routine clinical cleaning, disinfection, defined responsibilities and documented assurance together, with specialist environmental decontamination available when the risk or situation requires an enhanced response.

You know what has been done, who is responsible, how it has been verified and what happens when routine cleaning is no longer enough.

The result is greater visibility, clearer accountability and stronger contingency when circumstances change. Your patients experience an environment that is consistently well maintained, and you have documented evidence to support your own quality and assurance processes.

Hospitals & Day Surgery

Hospitals & Day Surgery

Fast turnaround, shared spaces, evidence you can stand behind

Your unit has to turn rooms around between procedure lists without cutting corners, while clinical staff, domestic teams and contractors all work in the same spaces. Responsibility for a surface or a room can fall between them, and when cleanliness is audited you need evidence rather than assumptions.

We define ownership for each area, set out what is cleaned between cases, at the end of each list and at the end of the day, and verify that it has been completed. You gain more predictable turnaround, clear accountability across teams, an agreed escalation route when routine cleaning is not enough and a documented record ready whenever your cleanliness is audited.

Patient spaces and sensitive laboratory workflows under one roof

Your clinic is several environments in one: reception and waiting areas, patient toilets, consultation and treatment rooms, the embryology laboratory and cryostorage. Each carries different risks and needs its own methods, products and responsibilities, and in the laboratory even the choice of product, the timing of cleaning and residual odours can matter. When those differences are not written down and followed, it becomes hard to show that every area was cleaned the right way.

We zone your clinic, define what is cleaned, how and by whom in each area, and assess laboratory, cryostorage and equipment areas for compatibility before any change to products or methods. The approach is led by a founder with an MSc in Clinical Embryology who understands the procedures your team works to. You gain confidence that each zone is treated appropriately, tight control over what enters your laboratory and a documented record that supports the standards expected of a licensed fertility clinic.

Dental, Implant & Oral Surgery

Dental, Implant & Oral Surgery

Fast turnaround between patients, with no gaps in who cleans what

Your surgery has minutes to reset between patients. Your dental nurses clean around the chair while an external cleaner covers the rest of the practice, yet aerosol and splatter from drills and scalers can travel several metres before settling on surfaces across the surgery. When implants or oral surgery are on the list, the standard you need rises again. The gaps usually appear where nobody is quite sure whose job a surface is.

We define exactly who cleans what between patients, at the end of each session and at the end of the day, and verify that it has been done. You gain a clear routine your team can follow, confidence that high-touch and easily missed areas are covered, an agreed response when routine cleaning is not enough and a documented record that supports the standards expected of a regulated dental practice.

High patient throughput around sensitive, shared equipment

Your clinic may see dozens of patients in a session, and every one of them rests their chin and forehead on the same slit lamp and imaging equipment. The wrong product can damage expensive optics, dimly lit diagnostic rooms make missed surfaces hard to spot, and injection or laser procedure rooms call for a higher standard again.

We map each area of your clinic, from reception to diagnostics to procedure rooms, and agree which products and methods are suitable around each piece of equipment and who is responsible for it. You gain a patient journey that keeps moving, confidence that shared contact points are cleaned consistently without putting your equipment at risk and a documented record of what has been completed.

The standard of the room should match the standard of the treatment

Your patients judge your clinic before treatment begins, and a single comment about cleanliness in an online review can undo months of reputation building. Behind the scenes, injectables, skin procedures and laser treatments need consistent clinical hygiene, yet practitioners often end up resetting rooms between appointments themselves, or working in shared premises where responsibility for cleaning is unclear.

We set out what is cleaned between patients, at the end of each clinic day and in shared areas, and who does it, so your practitioners can focus on treatments. You gain treatment rooms that look and feel consistently clinical, reception areas and washrooms that reflect your brand, an agreed response when routine cleaning is not enough and a documented record of what has been completed.

Private, Diagnostic & Specialist Clinics

Private, Diagnostic & Specialist Clinics

A cleaning specification built around how your clinic actually runs

Your clinic combines consultation rooms, imaging and diagnostic suites, treatment areas and busy waiting rooms, often with different consultants using the same rooms across the week. Many cleaning contracts are written for offices and applied to clinics, so specialist equipment areas are either avoided or cleaned with the wrong products, and nobody is sure who resets a room between sessions.

We start with your patient journey, rooms, equipment and session patterns, then define what is cleaned, how often, by whom and how completion is recorded. You gain a specification that fits your clinic rather than a generic package, clear handover between sessions, confidence that equipment areas are cleaned appropriately and a documented record you can produce whenever evidence is requested.

Cleaning routines built for animals, not borrowed from human healthcare

Your practice moves animals and their owners through the same reception, consulting rooms and treatment areas all day. Hair, bodily fluids and odours build up quickly, kennels and wards need turning around between patients, and an infectious case in isolation changes what cleaning has to achieve. Routines designed for human healthcare rarely fit, and general cleaners are not always prepared for a veterinary environment.

The cleaning specification is built around your consulting, treatment, kennel and isolation areas, with products and methods chosen for veterinary use and a clear split of tasks between your team and ours. You gain fast turnaround when an infectious case means isolation cleaning can't wait, clear routines for every area, an agreed response when routine cleaning is not enough and a documented record of what has been completed.

Our Objectives

1

Clear responsibilities. Every cleaning and disinfection task is assigned to a defined role, so you know who is responsible for each area and when each task is due. Gaps between clinical staff and cleaning personnel are identified and closed rather than assumed.

2

Verified and documented. Agreed tasks are recorded as they are completed, so you can see what has been done, by whom and when. That record supports your own audits and inspection preparation, and shows quickly where something has been missed.

3

Planned contingency. Arrangements for staff absence, holidays and short-notice changes are agreed with you at the outset, so standards are maintained when circumstances change rather than improvised on the day.

4

An enhanced response when routine cleaning is not enough. For higher-risk situations, such as a contamination event or outbreak, enhanced environmental decontamination is available as an agreed and documented escalation. It supports physical cleaning and disinfection rather than replacing them.

A different clinical environment?

No two healthcare environments operate in exactly the same way. If your speciality is not listed above, you should not have a standard cleaning package forced onto your facility.

We start by understanding your environment, workflows, risks and responsibilities, then build the cleaning and environmental hygiene approach around what you actually need. You gain a specification that fits your facility from the first visit. We work with clinics and healthcare facilities across Kent and London from our base in Maidstone.

What happens when routine cleaning is no longer enough?

An outbreak, contamination concern or unexpected gap in your cleaning provision can create immediate pressure for your team.

You do not need to decide in advance whether the answer is additional cleaning, targeted disinfection or enhanced environmental decontamination. Tell us what has happened and we can help determine the most appropriate next step.

It helps if you can tell us:

  • what has happened, or what you are concerned about
  • which rooms or areas may be affected
  • how urgently you need support
  • what cleaning or disinfection has already been carried out
  • what your current cleaning arrangements normally cover
