The automated fogging machine is easy to use and does not require the presence of an operator during the treatment. The operator adds the appropriate quantity of alcohol-free disinfectant into the container or tank. Then, before leaving the room, the operator starts the decontamination process with a simple turn of the button. The disinfectant is drawn from its container into the CUBE’s high-precision turbine, which breaks the disinfectant into tiny droplets less than 5 microns large and sprays the droplets into the air as a dry fog. The droplets are so small that they stay in the air longer – and when they land, they are dry so that they do not wet the surfaces and will not affect your electrical or sensitive equipment. The operator can return to the room just 15 minutes after the treatment is completed.
The CUBE Atomizer, proudly bearing the UKCA mark, not only meets the stringent EU standards but also aligns with the UK's specific requirements, is now available in three different sizes – CUBE S, CUBE M and CUBE L. The smallest version, using a suitable non-alcohol disinfectant, can decontaminate a room of up to 300m3, in less than 10 minutes. The largest version, the CUBE L, is suitable for areas of up to 30, 000 m³, such as airports, hospitals, gyms and restaurants, and only takes up to 100 minutes to clean the air and surfaces of the largest spaces.
Using an approved alcohol-free biocide, the CUBE Atomizer is safe for the user, the environment and treated materials. Once the procedure is completed, it leaves a neutral and pleasant smell in the treated room.

The automatic Cube Atomizer is very easy to use and does not require the presence of an operator during the treatment. The disinfectant is drawn from its container into the Cube’s high- power air turbine and the dispersion nozzle that accelerates the air to a speed of over 350km/h breaks the disinfectant into tiny droplets less than 10 microns large and sprays the droplets into the air as a dry fog. These particles have the property of buoyancy, which means that they will not immediately fall to the ground but will float in the air for a longer time, continuously decontaminating it. When they land, the tiny droplets are dry so that they do not wet the surfaces. The operator can return to the room 15 minutes after the treatment is completed. The pathogens have no chance of survival, whether on the table or under the table, under cabinets, behind furniture, on the sofa or under the sofa, inside the cabinets and drawers, on lighting fixtures, inside electronics or household appliance, etc. Extremely small particles of disinfectant penetrate everywhere and provide you with 99,9999% protection against viruses, bacteria, mould, including SARS-CoV-2!

The Cube Atomizer is suitable for use in a wide range of spaces, including offices, shops, shopping centres, restaurants, hotels, schools, nurseries, dentists’ offices, hospitals, beauty salons, conference rooms, cinemas, fitness/spa centres, archives, museums, airports, warehouses, production halls, greenhouses and so on.
The Cube Atomizer is available in the UK in four sizes – Cube S, Cube M, Cube L and Cube XL. The Cube S is suitable to decontaminate spaces of up to 50m3, the Cube M spaces of up to 2500m³, the Cube L up to 30,000m³. Our ultra-fast Cube XL can disinfect premises of up to 30,000m³ and is particularly suitable for restaurants, hospitals, gyms and airports and large spaces that require rapid decontamination of the air and surfaces.
The length of time does depend on the size of the room, the disinfection solution and the version of the Cube Atomizer used. For example, the Cube S can disinfect a space of up to 500m³ in 30 minutes. The room should then be left for at least 15 minutes before re-entry. We have successfully disinfected a large hall of 85,000m³ using 6 Cube M T25 Atomizers.
Minimal additional training is required. The atomizers can be operated manually or automatically.
The Cube Atomizer can use any alcohol-free disinfectant suitable for fogging machines. Depending on the product used, unwanted bacteria, fungi (mould) and viruses can be removed from your surfaces in a matter of minutes. The Cube Atomizer can help prevent the spread of SARS-CoV-2 if a suitable biocide is used.
The Cube Atomizer uses the minimum amount of biocide product. The amount will depend on the size of the space to be decontaminated. For example, to clean a room of 300m³, only 3ml/m³ of disinfectant is required.
The Cube Atomizer can be used to clean a wide range of surfaces in a broad range of settings. For example, research* has shown that when using the appropriate product, dry fogging can be effective in disinfecting a range of surfaces in a healthcare facility, including stainless steel, latex painted wood, unsealed hardwood, melamine countertop, vinyl flooring, clear plastic, faux leather, computer keyboard button, and smartphone touch screens(*Decontamination of typical healthcare facility surfaces contaminated with SARS-CoV-2 using peracetic acid dry fogging).
The Cube Automizer is CE marked and meets EU standards (ENs).
Both processes are well-established as methods for decontaminating spaces. Dry foggers spray tiny droplets of disinfectant - under 10 microns - into the air, which appears as a dry fog. The treatment cleans the air – and then cleans the surfaces when the droplets land. The droplets are dry so that they do not create wet spots or damage sensitive equipment. Dry foggers are particularly appropriate when you want to disperse the disinfectant over large spaces to clean the air and all the surfaces, including those hard-to-reach areas.
Wet fogging sprays larger droplets of disinfectant – around 20-30 microns - and appear more like a mist rather than fog. The droplets burst on contact with surfaces and wet the area. Wet fogging can be more appropriate when specific areas are being targeted for cleaning
