This alcohol-free, water-based hand sanitiser will not burn or irritate cracked or broken skin. It's alcohol-free and pH-neutral, so it won't dry or crack your skin. It has been shown to help improve psoriasis, eczema, scabies, acne, and other bacterial skin conditions. It also works as an effective, natural underarm and foot deodorant.
