CUBE Atomiser

The Cube Atomizer is a compact and automatic dry-fogging system designed for efficient air and surface disinfection. It's user-friendly, portable, and effectively reaches challenging areas in your space, providing a valuable solution in the fight against the spread of viruses like coronavirus.

The Cube Atomizer operates automatically with a simple process. The operator adds alcohol-free disinfectant, starts the process with a button turn, and the system disperses a dry fog of tiny droplets. These droplets, buoyant in the air, cover surfaces comprehensively, ensuring up to 99.9999% protection against viruses, bacteria, and mould.

The Cube Atomizer is suitable for various spaces, including offices, shops, hospitals, medical settings, schools, gyms, airports, agricultural settings, food processing facilities and more.

Available in three sizes (Cube S, Cube M, and Cube L), it can disinfect spaces ranging from small rooms up to 30,000m³, catering to diverse settings.

The time it takes Cube Atomizers to complete decontamination varies based on the specific volume of the area, the number of cubic meters (m3) targeted for decontamination, the prescribed amount of biocide needed, and the model of the Cube Atomizer deployed. For example, Cube S can disinfect a 300m³ space in 30 minutes.

Minimal additional training is required. The atomizers can be operated manually or automatically.

The Cube Atomizer is versatile and compatible with any alcohol-free disinfectant suitable for fogging machines. This includes the option to use pesticide solutions for pest control, effectively targeting pests like bed bugs.

The Cube Atomizer minimises biocide usage, requiring as little as 2-4ml/m³.

The Cube Atomizer is versatile and can be effectively used to decontaminate a diverse range of surfaces. Research indicates its efficacy on surfaces such as stainless steel, wood, countertops, flooring, plastic, electronic devices, furniture, textiles, glass, ceramics, and other commonly encountered materials. This broad spectrum of applicability ensures thorough disinfection across various settings and surfaces within your premises

Dry fogging, by dispersing smaller droplets (under 10 microns) into the air, maintains particle suspension for an extended period. This ensures that biocides have the necessary contact time with pathogens, reaching hidden areas effectively. In contrast, wet fogging, with larger particles (20-30 microns), leads to immediate droplet descent due to their size, limiting transit time and potentially reducing effectiveness in decontaminating hard-to-reach places.

Application Method:

  • Handheld Fogging Devices: Typically require manual operation, necessitating an operator to carry and direct the device.
  • Cube Atomizers: Fully automatic and user-friendly, eliminating the need for constant operator presence during the decontamination process.

Operation Ease:

  • Handheld Fogging Devices: May require more manual effort and attention during operation.
  • Cube Atomizers: Easy to use with a simple button turn to initiate the decontamination process, allowing operators to leave the room during treatment.

Effectiveness:

  • Handheld Fogging Devices: Effectiveness can vary based on operator technique and coverage.
  • Cube Atomizers: Deliver a highly effective dry fog that reaches all surfaces, including hard-to-reach areas, providing up to 99.9999% protection against viruses, bacteria, and mould.

Coverage and Capacity:

  • Handheld Fogging Devices: Coverage may depend on the operator's skill and diligence.
  • Cube Atomizers: Available in different sizes (Cube S, Cube M, Cube L) catering to various space capacities, ensuring comprehensive decontamination.

Disinfectant Compatibility:

  • Handheld Fogging Devices: Compatibility may vary based on the device.
  • Cube Atomizers: Compatible with any alcohol-free disinfectant suitable for fogging machines, offering flexibility against bacteria, fungi, and viruses.

Accreditations:

  • Handheld Fogging Devices: Accreditations may vary based on the brand and model.
  • Cube Atomizers: Is fully compliant with the prestigious Airborne Disinfection by Automation Process standard, BS EN 17272:2020

Cube Atomizers produce a dry fog, offering more efficient and uniform coverage compared to traditional misting or spraying systems.

Cube Atomizers are suitable for both routine maintenance and emergency disinfection, offering flexibility in their application.

Cube Atomizers reduce the risk of cross-contamination by providing uniform coverage, minimising the chance of missed areas during the decontamination process.

Cube Atomizers often feature autonomous operation, with the ability to run scheduled disinfection cycles without constant monitoring.
